I felt comfortable and safe here during my visit from the USA. The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious, and both the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Our balcony was a really nice extra. The location also made it easy to get to lots of places around Queretaro. The gym was underwhelming, so you might be better off trying a local cycle or aerial class, or finding something else to do for exercise.

A good pick for either a family or business trip. The hotel was well maintained, and its location was very good. The room was nice and quiet, the bed comfortable, and breakfast had a good, wide selection.

The room was clean, and the view of Queretaro was GREAT. This is a distinctive hotel with a level of service I haven’t seen at other Holiday Inns. The restaurant could use a few more choices, but I had a good experience overall.

The cleaning staff were sweet and helpful, and some of the waiters and outside staff were good too, but they couldn’t make up for the rest of the stay. We had no electricity in our room for half a day, and the pool was drained and unusable. At the restaurant, the front desk staff didn’t acknowledge us until we greeted them after standing there for over five minutes. It was an absolutely terrible experience. I’ve traveled around the world and have never encountered such a lack of hospitality. The front desk staff need retraining. They hide behind rules and solve nothing. The arrogance and lack of class were awful.

I stayed in March 2025, and the room itself was clean and quiet, with no issues. But on more than one occasion, the restaurant served me food that was either undercooked or expired, and it made me sick. I’d avoid eating there.
