The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, clean, and relaxing, so I'd stay there again. The restaurant is another matter. The waiter just stood there with his notepad and pen without greeting us, so I guessed he was ready to take our order. My wife asked for the Caesar dressing on the side. When the salad arrived, it was literally four whole lettuce leaves with some cheese. It was supposed to include chicken, but there was hardly any white meat. I'll return to the hotel, but I won't eat at that restaurant again.

The pool is huge and has warm thermal water, but there's no cool pool, so you have to get out to cool off. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and has good service. The restaurant food was great too.

The pools were clean and warm, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I also loved the decorations and paintings, which made it feel like staying in a museum, with beautiful trees all around. The price seemed fair for the amenities. The restaurant was pricey, though, and the food wasn't as described.

The restaurant is really good, and the gardens, pool, and scenery outdoors are beautiful. The hotel itself looks old and clearly needs room maintenance, though, and honestly isn't worth what you pay. I asked for a lower-floor room, but the front desk said they couldn't guarantee one because rooms were assigned in arrival order. I arrived early, then found out a lower floor required paying for a deluxe room. I offered to pay, but they simply didn't want to do it.

Everything else is amazing, but don't go for events. At over 1500 pesos per person, the food was bad and drinks weren't included. It feels like a scam for what you pay. For a special event like the holiday, I'd eat somewhere else.
