The room was clean and looked after, though it was pretty average. The bigger problem was the bedding: the sheets and blanket on our king bed were queen-size, which made for a very uncomfortable night. We’d have preferred two smaller beds. Staff were great and patiently helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, even with our so-so Spanish. Being right across the highway was handy for an early flight, but there was no restaurant at the hotel, nearby places were closed, and delivery services wouldn’t come that far from the city.

We just needed somewhere nearby to recharge after our late flight was delayed. The bed was alright, though if you’re tired, you’re tired, and if not, you can keep going 😴. The AC wasn’t blasting, but it did work. Hot water, the sink, lights, TV, and outlets all worked too.

The phone situation was awful. They wouldn’t answer unless I called over and over, at least 5-6 times, and they hung up if you didn’t speak Spanish. They also didn’t follow the instructions to contact Booking.com about my cancelled room, so I can’t get a refund. I won’t stay through booking.com again. Worst company ever, and the customer service from both the hotel and booking.com was even worse. The place wasn’t clean or workable for a diabetic, and none of the rooms had a refrigerator. There was no communication with the desk.

The employee was great, and the location is good, but I won’t be back. There were roaches, the beds were full size rather than queen, and bedding meant one sheet and one blanket, with no covers or double sheets.

The personnel were helpful and nice, and the hotel is very nice. It’s near the airport (BJX) and offers an airport shuttle-bus. Highly recommended!
