Just a few steps from cocolitos, there’s a clean, uncrowded beach with cool water. The apartment itself was clean too, and the beds were really comfortable. I loved the kitchen, it had everything I needed to cook. The staff at cocolitos were very friendly and eager to make the stay enjoyable. I loved staying there.
Martha and Alex were great hosts. Since I was a kilometre from town, Alex provided me with a bike. They also gave me good recommendations for places to go and eat. It’s a nice, quiet spot.
The beds are so comfortable, and it’s quiet enough to get a really good night’s sleep. The place is cozy and lovely, even better than the photos. I saw someone give it a low rating because there’s only one grill, but you come here to enjoy the beach and check out nearby restaurants. It’s in a good location, about 200 meters from the beach. ☺️
We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in the room we rented. It’s a little far from the center, though that’s no issue if you have a car. The bathroom needs caution: the water pressure is very high, and the hot water comes out scalding. I got burned the first time I turned on the shower. They should post a sign saying to turn on the hot water gradually and let it cool, or it’s safer to shower with cold water. That’s why I’m not giving it five stars.
The place is spacious and very clean, with everything making for a comfortable, pleasant stay. It’s also really close to the beach. Highly recommended.
