The owner and staff were great, and the rooms were comfortable. The common areas are really nice, too. There’s hot water, and the hotel is right across from the thermal Otate river, with a great balcony for jumping into the hot water. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was okay, but the service and other food were bad, and the pool water smelled. They also turn off the AC when you leave the room, so it’s really hot when you get back, especially upstairs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
