They give you wristbands for a reserved spot at the beach, about 10 minutes away, and towels are available there. Hotel staff also look after you on the beach. The rooms are well maintained and have air conditioning. We booked through an agency because we needed many rooms and the website wouldn't let us. When we arrived, they told us we could save more by cancelling and booking directly with them. On the second night, a shower broke in one of our rooms. Since it was late, I didn't expect them to fix it right away. They offered us another room, but we decided to wait. Within an hour, they came back and said it was already fixed. The service was great from the start.

The river view from the rooms was beautiful, and the workers were so nice. The rooms were spotless. It's close to the beach, and breakfast is free. The pool service was great too, and the food was delicious. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a visit to Mexico. Well worth it for an amazing experience.

It's hard to find somewhere this well maintained in this part of town. The air conditioning works like magic, and you'll need it around here. The rooms look out over the Tecotlutla River, and the beaches and mangroves are only a 10-minute drive away. The cuisine was amazing too, especially the octopus, pescado a la veracruzana, and oysters. For a real Mexican experience, come to Veracruz, and this place offers an authentic Veracuzano one. Six out of five stars.
