The location is convenient and the hotel is pretty overall. The rooms are okay, though some face busy hallways, so a lot of light and noise can get in. The receptionist seemed unhappy to be there the whole time and was somewhat rude.

There was no power for a whole day during our stay, which was inconvenient. Worse, the hotel took my rental car keys and moved the car, and afterward I found a big dent in the bumper that hadn’t been there before. The rental company is charging me for it. The hotel has ignored my calls, been extremely rude on WhatsApp, and refuses to check the cameras or accept any responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed.

The room was cozy and affordable, and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but the fan kept us cool day and night, and the shower had nice warm water. We watched the sunrise from the balcony, which had an amazing view. The location was great and the staff were friendly, though the front desk people seemed unusually uninterested and weren’t helpful or friendly. They have a pamphlet for tours and day trips, but it’s easier to book at the store a block away than to call the number.

We celebrated our wedding on the rooftop terrace and had a wonderful time. Planning went smoothly, and communication was clear and prompt throughout. The hotel feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city, with a lovely garden and pool where you can relax. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were very friendly. We’ll be back :)

The garden beside the pool is gorgeous and so green. The pool looked nice, though I didn’t use it. Our room was tidy and spacious, even if the bathroom was in an awkward spot. It’s in a great location, about two blocks from the main church and all the town activity.
