There’s no air conditioning, and the noise made it impossible for me to keep the window open at night. Dogs barked for hours and people were drinking outside, so this didn’t feel like the quiet getaway I’d expected. The views are nice, though there aren’t many places to eat nearby and you’ll need a taxi to get around. Internet was very slow. There aren’t desks, but there are tables by the pools. I’d ask for the quietest room.

The view is worth being a bit away from downtown, and we’d stay here again when we’re in Taxco. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and there’s lots of parking. The outdoor pools with slides are great. The food made me feel sick, though I’m not sure it was just the food since I was very emotional that day.

The mountain views are lovely from this hotel. On Sundays they serve a big breakfast buffet until 1:00pm, which I’d definitely recommend.

We live in a new house below the hotel. There’s no Wi-Fi, the toilet has problems, and there’s little rain. It’s away from downtown and quiet, with decent scenery.

We had trouble with the restroom and the staff couldn’t fix it. Nothing seemed to work properly, and the hotel is far from the tourist area. It was a bad experience. I wouldn’t come back.
