The rooms are spacious and excellent for the price, and the front desk staff are courteous. We've stayed here twice now and will definitely be back.

The hotel was five stars from check-in through check-out. The staff were professional, and the room was clean and comfortable with no problems. It's close to everything, and I'd recommend the hotel. The restaurant is a different story. We went twice, with different waitresses each time, and both visits had slow service despite the place not being crowded. The food wasn't great either. I got steak and fries, and the steak was flavorless; the fries were the best part. My family ordered different things and felt the same, little flavor and slow service. The views and atmosphere are amazing, but the service and food let it down. The hotel is what keeps that restaurant going. I'd give the restaurant 3.5 out of 5.

Love this place, 10/10! The whole facility is spotless, polished, and really well maintained. Everyone's friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and everything's on point. The restaurant always hits the spot. Highly recommend this resort!

My husband and I had a fun, relaxing getaway here. The views are stunning, and the place feels elegant and beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and amenities. My room had a bathtub as well as a walk-in shower, plus a huge TV, wine cooler, wine glasses, Nespresso, and more. I hope we can come back soon. Highly recommend!

Breakfast at the on-site restaurant Asao was amazing. The chilaquiles were among the best I've had, and the scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast were very good too. The rooms, restaurant, pool, and shared spaces were immaculate. Set high on a hill in Tecate, the peaceful property has garden views in what feels like every direction. It's close to the border crossing, and a great value.
