Bungalow Tepoztlan

We were served breakfast in the garden, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were very flexible. It's also close to the bus station and about 10 minutes from the center, making it a great place to stay for a few days in Tepoztlán. Good, nice, and inexpensive!

The garden is beautiful and pleasant, and the staff are very attentive. A lovely spot for a quick trip, clean and simple, with everything you need.

If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. I was there October 29-30, 2022, and felt ripped off. We'd booked three rooms with king-size beds, but got one king and two double beds instead. When I complained, the so-called solution was, “I'll give you your money back and you can find another place.” The upstairs rooms had no water. The bathroom had no curtains, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The service was awful. When they heard our feedback, they got angry and just defended themselves. Tepoztlan has plenty of other options nearby, so why put up with these problems? Don't go.

We had a really good time. The place was clean, safe, and pleasant. Perfect.
