Hotel El Pan Nuestro

Everyone was lovely and the service was spot on. The rooms are new and clean, and the atmosphere is bright and vibrant. But the breakfast was the highlight: amazing pastries, a main dish, and fresh fruit. It’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. I’d come back to Tepoztlán and stay here again, even though you don’t have to be a hotel guest to come. Thanks, El Pan Nuestro!!

The food was good, and our waiter gave excellent service. Paying was the one problem: the card terminal suddenly stopped working when I tried to use my card. The person taking payment said they couldn’t figure it out. I could read “Low battery” in English, so I suggested charging it. After they charged it for a minute, it worked. They should keep the terminal charged or replace it if it’s faulty.

The bakery is a real treat. I tried the “requesón” and orange cake, and it was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The menu is extraordinary and thoughtfully done, with excellent service. Congratulations to the owners, staff, and customers for keeping such an incredible place going, and to the staff for their commitment to biosecurity protocols.

I’ve ordered cakes here for every kind of celebration, from birthdays to my wedding, and they’re always beautiful and delicious. They’ve never disappointed. I’ve eaten here a couple of times too, and the sandwiches are tasty and generously filled.
