The room had a smell I can only describe as old. It wasn't pleasant, though after my nose got used to it, it stopped bothering me. The rooms are small and a bit cramped, but they work fine. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are great. The service was okay, and the nearby parking lot felt safe. I can't say how well the location works generally, but it was close to where I needed to be.

The rooms are really comfortable, and the staff are very nice. Hotel Posada San Miguel is on Carril de San Miguel in San Martin Texmelucan, close to the city center, with easy ways to get around town. The food wasn't as tasty as I expected, though.
