It’s near the market and commercial area, which was convenient. There weren’t many options in town, though it felt quite expensive for what was provided. The room was beautifully decorated, but the bathroom looked old and hot water was a problem.

With so few choices in Ticul, the price and quality were good. We paid 560 pesos a night for a double room, and the location was very central. It was a good stay.

A lovely place, and cheap too.

Breakfast was a really unpleasant experience. There had been a Teacher's Day event six days earlier, and guests were squeezed into another room. When breakfast finally came, everything was piled together on our plates, beans, fruit, pancakes and eggs, like leftovers for a dog. I told the young woman named (Sueña), but she ignored us and walked away. We chose this hotel because reviews praised the breakfast, but apparently guests get neglected when there's an event. Not at all what we expected! The room itself was nice if you like a very soft bed. In the shower, you have to stay still to avoid getting the toilet and everything else wet, since there's no curtain separating them. The internet signal was awful, and Netflix kept pausing. It also got noisy and service was poor. The attention around the first meal felt overwhelming in the wrong way. Take care of your mental health, and consider other hotels if there are any. Don't settle for this one.
