We were treated really well, and I will definitely come back. Everything was excellent, from housekeeping and the front desk staff to the fresh mexican breakfast. The hotel felt very safe and secure, and the wifi was reliable. We loved having water, tea, and coffee available around the clock. I stayed at the Quartz hotel before, and this hotel is much better all around.

I'm here for a week of medical procedures, and it's been a good choice for using my IHG points. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is good every morning, and the bilingual staff have been kind and helpful. Parking is secure and spacious enough for our large van. My service dog is allowed, there's an oxxo nearby, and it's easy to find, about a 15-minute drive to the medical corridor. I hadn't realized there was no fridge or microwave in the room, but that's on me. There's ice in the lobby and a microwave there too. The main problem is noise. I'm on the 4th floor, below what seems like a soccer team. Kids will be kids, but the running, screaming, and banging goes on all day, every day. I contacted management and it quieted down for about 2 hours, then started again. There's a lot of noise transfer here, so keep that in mind if you need a good night's sleep.

My son was given chocolate cake, and the staff were nice. The room was very clean and the place seemed completely safe. Security guards were walking around all the time, and the parking lot was full of their truck. Very reliable.

I've stayed here twice, and the rooms are so thoughtfully set up for travelers. It's not fancy, but it's extremely clean and has shelves, hooks, benches, and even steps and shelves in the shower. The place is sparse and minimal, yet it's been my best stay in a long, long time. No odd smells, stains, or ratty linens or towels. The shower has lots of hot water and great pressure, and having free coffee and hot water in the lobby 24/7 is a real perk. They sell snacks and good sandwiches, and breakfast is hot and tasty. The staff are all friendly and eager to help, both elevators work well, and there are a few outdoor places to sit. It's quiet, which is nice. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the location, since there's not much you can walk to. A car or Uber is essential. I regret booking other places because I thought location would matter more. For me, it's more important to stay somewhere comfortable where I can relax.
