I lowered my rating from two stars to one after reading the hotel's nonsensical reply to my post. The shuttle is a good example of the problem: they advertise one, but it only takes guests to the airport, never picks anyone up, and doesn't run on Sunday mornings. My Sunday morning flight meant it wasn't useful to me at all. I also couldn't get my Chromebook connected to their internet, so I had to use the weak signal from the Starbuck's across the road. The rooms are pretty bare bones, too. As a VIP Expedia member, I was offered a free bar drink, but when I asked for water they refused. Beer, wine, or cola was fine, apparently, just not water. Bizarre.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and I slept in. The shower had hot water and decent pressure, and the room came with three full-size bath towels. The air conditioner took about 15 minutes to reach the temperature I wanted. Downstairs breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with someone greeting me right in the parking lot, and check-in was extremely quick. The large parking lot is behind the building, single story, and can fit a large vehicle.

A really good place for families. The accommodations were great, and the staff treat you like family and take good care of you. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's handy for anyone visiting the U.S. Embassy, since you can walk there. Privacy at the hotel could be better, though, and the bathroom needs some maintenance. Water pipes make noise, and the elevator doesn't work fully, which is a hassle.
