Everything else was great, and the staff were very nice. Our room's air conditioner wasn't working well, though. We called and someone came to check it, saying we'd feel a difference in about 10 minutes. That never happened.

Pat and Javier were wonderful at breakfast. They cheerfully greeted everyone with a smile and took good care of the other guests as well as us. They brought our coffee and toast to the table and were very helpful. The service was great.

Patricio served us every morning with a lovely smile and kind personality, and Alejandro made our trip to TJ easy and fun. He arranged restaurant reservations and rides, looked after us at the hotel bar, and kept us laughing. We felt so well cared for and really on vacation. The whole staff helped with booking while we were in town for a family wedding, which can be stressful. Thanks to all of you. We'll be back to see you before long.

Great place with great service and b fast. The beds were hard and the pillows too thin, though, and when we arrived the room smelled like a dirty mop.
