We had a suite for six, with two bathrooms and a living room. There was a microwave and mini fridge, and they offered a rollaway bed. They also have continental breakfast. Nice for a family.

The rooms felt a bit dated, but I had a good experience overall.

The location is great, only five minutes from Tijuana Airport, but the customer service was terrible and very rude. We needed two beds and got a one-bedroom room, so I slept on the couch. I got food poisoning, then had to solve the bedsheets issue and was charged extra. It was also very noisy, and you can hear the neighbors.

The place was quiet and clean, and they offered dining. Prices were affordable. The guys at the front desk were nice and spoke English, some Russian, and other languages.

We wanted a secure, safe hotel near the airport, and this was just that. The staff are very friendly.
