Suites Leon Rojo

We booked at the last minute, and the price was cheap. The housekeeper was really nice and accommodating. I shared rooms with family, and each room seemed to have its own living room and kitchen if you want to cook. The area was clean, too. They close the entrance gate at a certain time, but give you keys so you can lock it if you leave and come back. I’d recommend it for a last-minute stay.

The staff were very courteous, and the place felt private and safe. The suites have been renovated recently and look beautiful. My room had a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a gas stove, and they also provided drinking water. I felt fine leaving my belongings in the room all day. I’d happily visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway.

The so-called suite was cramped and had no soundproofing. The stove in the photos was just for show and didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a spoon or fork. At least there were two free Styrofoam cups, a water pitcher, and drinking water. There are Taquerias and grilled chicken places nearby to eat at. I won’t stay here again.

The rooms are great, and the bed is comfy. The pillows were a little too tall for my taste, but for 60 bucks it was well worth it. The top floor has great ocean views, and both the taco place next door and a breakfast restaurant are great.
