At least the room was clean. But it felt tiny for the price and where it is, and the hotel is a long way from everything in the city. The staff weren't friendly or helpful either. We stood around for 20 minutes with all our bags before anyone came from the car to help. Nobody was ahead of us. The bellboy had simply forgotten where he left the trolley.

I love coming back here. This was trip number two, and the front desk team and everyone else provided top-notch service.

You get what you pay for here. It's a basic hotel with a basic breakfast, fine if all you need is a bed and a shower. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English, though the food quality was poor. There's a Walmart right outside, plus a shopping complex and a casino around the corner. The pool was closed, maybe because they were short-staffed. Parking is secure.

My cousin's belongings were ransacked while she was staying here, and money was taken from her purse. The personnel wouldn't even show her the cameras to find out who had gone into the room, and they made no real effort to help. Some of her things were hidden under the bed, seemingly so she'd forget them and they could keep them. I'd be cautious about who they hire. Important, wealthy people stay here, but after hearing this, I doubt anyone would want to do business with cleaning ladies who steal from a guest's purse. Do better.
