The location made getting around easy: it was about 30 minutes from the airport, roughly 45 minutes by car to Teotihuacán, and there were shops nearby and tourist attractions were easy to reach. The concierge and security were there around the clock, and room service was great. Breakfast ran until 10:30 on weekdays and 11 on weekends. There was bread and cereal as well, but the eggs, sausages, salsa, and frijoles were the same each day. I hope they rotate in some other options. Even so, I had an amazing stay on my first trip to Mexico City. I booked through aircanada vacations.

We were staying here because of a death in the family, and the hotel was just 9 minutes from the funeral home. Getting into the parking garage was difficult. If you're bringing a car, ask how to enter when the garage gates are closed.

I was happy to find several excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the price seemed reasonable. The hotel itself was wonderful, better than I'd expected. Everyone I dealt with, from the valet and check-in staff to housekeeping, was lovely and ready to help. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean, the staff attentive, and breakfast good, so this could have been a five-star stay. Instead, partway through, we were told to move rooms because they planned maintenance on our floor. They couldn't explain why they'd put us in that room if the work was already planned, and they wouldn't wait until we checked out. It was an avoidable hassle if they'd planned ahead. A shame, because the stay could have been really nice.

The rooms are comfortable and nice, probably because the hotel is fairly new. Price, location, and service were all good. Breakfast was a major disappointment, though, and the service there was horrible. I'd suggest eating somewhere else.
