The room was clean and nice, but after we found that the key didn't work, the front desk couldn't fix it. The woman there was very rude and said nothing could be done until the next day. We arrived late and exhausted from a long trip, with the restaurant already closed and nowhere nearby to grab even a snack. It was not a pleasant experience.

We've stayed here two years in a row, and we'll definitely return. It's a great deal, with an excellent location, large rooms, and a great restaurant on site. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, and both AC and heating work well. Water pressure can be an issue, and the toilet plugged during both stays, but they fixed it when we asked. Highly recommended.

I keep coming back because the service and staff are always the best, so kind and cordial. The food, bar, and terrace are the best too.

I stayed for many days and had a very good experience. It's a quiet, clean hotel with a high international standard, and there's a place to eat inside. Breakfast isn't included. The gym has plenty of machines, and the hotel connects well to the main motorways without bringing noise indoors.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the plumbing was bad. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the shower only gave a weak stream of cool water. It works in a pinch, but I wouldn't choose this place first. At $61, it's too expensive compared with local alternatives, especially with no breakfast included. Crowne plaza and Real cost the same but offer a much better hotel, with breakfast included.
