The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. They took care of some laundry for me and let me leave my bags for a few hours after checkout. My room was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. I had a very nice two-night stay.

We didn't feel safe staying there at all. The place was filthy and rundown, the stairs felt unsafe to use, and it didn't look like the Expedia photos or description. We checked in, but the staff left for the night. We ended up not staying, and they still won't refund the week we paid for. The owners were awful and wouldn't even let us talk. They're a third party Expedia can't seem to control, and I'm contacting Expedia in the hope they'll remove the listing for using the wrong pictures. The location and the staff were both terrible, and we couldn't even get ahold of anyone.

It was quiet even though the hotel is only two blocks from all the action, and the price was very reasonable. Our spacious room had everything the three of us needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the owners were delightful, and breakfast was good. A perfect stay.

Avoid the hostel beds, they have bed bugs.

Breakfast is included, and there's also a broad menu with plenty of choices beyond the included dishes. The hotel is within easy reach of the best places, and both the food service and customer attention were really good. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it.
