The location is central, and the staff are extremely nice. Clean, and a great experience overall.

Good place if you need to check in late, too.

The hotel was very dirty, and my experience was terrible. I asked for a refund because of it, but they refused, saying I’d already signed the consent form. You expect honest, clean, quality service. The manager had a bad attitude, and the maid was aggressive.

My mother and her friend stayed here, and the only good thing was the receptionist. The hotel was extremely dirty: blood on the sheets, as shown in the photos, trash and bottles under the bed, and dust everywhere. They had only dropped off their things and gone sightseeing, so when they raised the issue at reception after coming back, they were told no discount or refund because hours had passed since check-in. No one checks every corner and under the sheets before guests arrive. Then the chambermaid, who had surely already been scolded, angrily took pictures of my mother and her friend. It got so tense that the receptionist had to step in because the chambermaid was about to physically assault my mother. Even after all that, nothing was done to fix the situation. This is undeniably the worst hotel in Tlaquepaque, dirty, neglected, and with poor service. I assume the owner will reply, as I’ve seen him do on other reviews, making excuses for the terrible customer service and the hotel’s poor condition. Invest in remodeling and replace the housekeepers.
