Hotel and Suites Mansion San Antonio

The lobby looked fancy, and my room was very clean. It’s a beautiful hotel with great service.

The pool stayed dirty and freezing, so it was unusable. There’s also a pump running all day and night, and I couldn’t sleep with that noise. You can hear conversations and other sounds right through the walls between rooms. For the nightly price, it just doesn’t make sense, especially when Tlalpu has better options now. Hot water requires calling to have it turned on, but they never reply to the WhatsApp message they give you for requesting it. They now allow dogs, yet seem to have no control over them. One jumped into the fountain and ran around the property soaking wet. They still haven’t sent my invoice, and now they’re throwing a tantrum because I won’t remove this review, saying everything I wrote is lies.

My family and I all left with a bitter feeling about the place. The pretty parts only show in photos, which don’t capture how neglected it is. The water and pool were cold, the service was awful, and there’s no restaurant. At night the pumps were noisy, and the bathrooms were poorly kept. What else is there to say?

At CASA DEL BOSQUE, you get more privacy while keeping the same security as Hotel Mansión. The service was wonderful from the time I booked through the end of my stay, right up to the last minute. Everything felt clean and welcoming, almost like being at home. I’ll definitely come back.
