Booking didn't honor our reservation and canceled it even though we'd paid the full price, leaving us without a hotel room for the trip. The customer service was terrible. The call center employees were rude and passive aggressive, and wouldn't even give me the hotel's direct number so I could sort out their mistake or get the charge refunded.

We’ve stayed here a few times and the value for money is fantastic. The city center, with its restaurants and other places, is within walking distance. The service has been excellent every time, with kind staff who make you feel welcome.

I was sorry to leave because I liked how clean and reasonably priced the hotel was, and the owner and staff were so friendly, always smiling and ready to help. But the noise was way out of the ordinary, and I don't think I'll come back. Staff laughed loudly throughout the day, and at 5 a.m. they were doing things that woke me up. Daytime noise doesn't usually bother me much, and I get up early, but not after 5 a.m. I think I slept only about five hours. Noisy guests are one thing, but staff should know better. It's not my place to tell them, though. Maybe it was because my room, number 5, is above their office. Too bad.

The staff were great, and the hotel was welcoming and clean. The rooms are tidy and a good size, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended.
