Casa Cleo Boutique Stays by Viadora

We ended up at Casa Cleo at the last minute with our two-year-old after a bad hotel situation, and they welcomed us with open arms. It made our Mexico City trip so much better. The place was really nice and super kid-friendly, with a wooden crib and highchair. We could wash bottles in the dishwasher and do laundry, and it was stocked with everything we needed, even a clothing steamer. Our room was clean and lovely, and it worked perfectly for our family. Big thanks to Carlos and Adan. They were so kind, we really enjoyed chatting with them, and they made us feel very welcome.

Our one-bedroom suite was comfortable and spacious, with a kitchenette and private outdoor patio. Casa Cleo by Viadora has a lovely modern boutique design, and the price felt fair for the quality. The staff were exceptional. Adam and Javier were especially warm, professional, and hospitable throughout our stay. I highly recommend the hotel and would come back on our next Mexico City trip.

We spent a week at Casa Cleo for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect stay. Diego looked after us well and shared helpful local recommendations at check-in. Our suite was comfortable and well stocked, with daily room service. We walked around Condesa a lot. The hotel is close to the action, yet sits on a quieter block that we loved. The staff noticed the little things, lending us an umbrella for a rainy dinner and helping load our bags into the Uber to the airport. 10/10, I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The area felt quiet and safe, and we enjoyed strolling around to look at the shops. Our suite was spacious and nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, and the water they provided was just what we needed. Breakfast suited us perfectly since we tend to eat healthy. They also gave us Pan de Muertos on Halloween.
