The rooms are large and clean, and you're close to downtown. The bathrooms are pretty cramped, though, and the glass in the wall means other guests can easily see you.

I enjoyed the comfortable room, and the service was great. It's a hotel I like.

I found tiny bugs, like lice, inside my camera lenses days after leaving my equipment on a table during a photo shoot in one of the rooms. Everything else had seemed nice, but the rooms need fumigating. Would Cofepris, the Mexican health authority, be pleased if I filed a report? I still have the lenses with the bugs inside as evidence. After a bed had been heavily used, I left it made; staff came in and checked, everything seemed fine, and I'm sure they didn't change the sheets. I won't return, and I'd urge anyone reading this to avoid staying there.

We'd already arrived, so we had no choice but to pay. Even with a discount for bringing two cats, the $250 charge for each pet seems expensive. It's a decent hotel, but it doesn't accept cats despite saying it's "pet friendly".
