The food wasn't good, and the coffee had no flavor. Service at reception was good, though the restaurant service was poor. The hotel is fairly close to the center and the university, but the location is only so-so. For the price it's a decent place, just very basic. The shower and toilet are in the bathroom, but to wash your hands you have to go outside it.
