We came from Phoenix, Arizona, and Martin, Karla and Gina made us feel so welcome. They pointed us toward fun places to visit while we were in Tlaxcala. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and the beds are comfortable. The food was delicious, and it was peaceful at night. I love the decorations and this place.

A warm place with traditional food and excellent service. The food was excellent too. Magic Town.

We came back to Tlaxcala for a second visit and stayed here again. This time we had a ground-level room. It was modern, clean and a good size, with a very comfortable queen bed. The internet was excellent, with no dropouts, and easily handled working online or streaming videos. The shower pressure was great and the water got hot quickly, unlike upstairs. Since this is an older room, there are fewer wall outlets, so a power strip and extension cord could be useful. The owners and staff have always been friendly and helpful, so we definitely recommend the hotel. On our earlier stay, we chose a first-floor room because it was slightly cheaper. It was new, clean and quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a desk and chair suitable for work, along with enough towels and pillows. The bathroom was clean and had no unpleasant drain smells. Shower pressure was excellent, though the water took a long time to warm up and only got lukewarm, which may be a problem if you like a hot morning shower. There were outlets on several walls, and the internet was sometimes unreliable but still enough for work. Each floor has its own router, so you can switch networks if one is busy. Downstairs has a historic feel, while the first floor is clean and modern. There’s a busy restaurant on the ground floor. We didn’t eat there, but it seemed like the food must be good given how busy it was. The location was excellent. Turn left out of the hotel, then left again, and you’ll find a Tres B. Turn right instead of taking that last left and there’s an OXXO. Keep going and there are plenty of places to eat. Tlaxcala was clean and beautiful, and the people were very friendly. Would I stay here again? Definitely yes.

I didn’t stay at the hotel myself, but my friends did and absolutely loved it. It’s very central to downtown Talaxcala, and we often met there and had lunch in the restaurant. I had a delicious hamburger and fries one day. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the prices for both food and accommodation were great. It’s a very quiet place with a pleasant inner courtyard for visiting. I’d highly recommend it, and if I went back and needed somewhere to stay, this would be my choice.

What a beautiful find! The service was great and the place was comfortable. The services and restaurant were very good. It’s right in the city centre, close to iconic tourist areas.
