8/10
The hotel is comfortable, perfectly maintained, and the staff are very attentive. The major issue is the bathroom doors, which are like public restroom doors. Since the bathroom is inside the room, the smell makes the whole room unpleasant. An extractor fan and a full door at the bathroom entrance would make it a 10 out of 10.

2/10
The mattress sagged and creaked, and the sheets and blankets were in terrible shape. The room seemed not to have been cleaned before guests arrived, since there were used condoms on the bed. It was filthy overall, with no hot water, soap, or shampoo. The bathroom towels were dirty, and the TV remote batteries were dead.
