We drove in without reservations because we tend to fly by the seat of our pants, hoping they’d have a room, but they were full. Marilyn kindly walked us over to her neighbor to see whether she could help. She was booked too, but offered to rent us the upper flat of her home if we were flexible. It was amazing, and we wouldn’t have had that experience without Marilyn’s hospitality. She deserves the praise. Thanks from Wisconsin!

It’s a great beachside location, with a large property and lots of beds, which worked really well for a big family get-together. The staff were friendly and attentive whenever we raised something, like lights being out or the hot tub needing service. We’d stay here again. Just keep in mind that town is quite a long walk away, so realistically you’ll drive, about 6-7 minutes.

The gardens, pool, hot tub, and bar are beautiful. There’s also a really well-kept tennis and pickleball court by the beach. You can spot whales while playing tennis!

We’re looking forward to spending our upcoming vacation here. We were scouting places to rent for a family reunion and were impressed by how beautiful the property is. Its location makes it even more superb. One of the house sitters showed us around the entire place, and we were in awe.
