The cleaning wasn't very good, there was no hot water, and the internet signal was really poor.

It's okay, but for this price you can find places that include internet and cable TV. This one offers neither.

From outside it gives an abandoned impression, though the rooms themselves are presentable.

The room was very comfortable, but I found bedbugs, so I wouldn't choose this for a week-long stay. I was there four days, and there was no hot water. When we asked, they said it could only be turned on at 6:00 AM or 7:30 PM. It might do in an emergency, but I'd look elsewhere for a longer visit.
