For the price, I think you could find something better. The room was small and nothing special, and the TV had no cable. While I was sleeping in the morning, a service girl opened the door, then shut it once she realized I was inside. The toilet kept running. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but those things added up.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the restaurant was decent, which kept this from being rated lower. Check-in was a hassle: I arrived at 2, was told to wait an hour or pay extra, and after walking around for three hours I came back to more trouble getting a room. I was glad to find parking nearby while I was out. The room was unbearably hot, like a sweat box, with the sun pouring through a big window. It never really cooled down after sunset, and there was no air conditioning or fan. The window barely opened, so it didn't help with the heat, and noise came right in. I could clearly hear doors opening and closing, phone calls, snoring, and whining kids from nearby rooms and the hallway. Earplugs helped with the noise, but without a fan I still didn't sleep. The TV picture was fuzzy and the internet kept cutting out. It didn't feel up to a three-star rating. I had to book at the last minute and wish I'd had time to read reviews first.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They charge 100 pesos for every extra towel you ask for, and staff watch the camera to see who goes into your room. There was no privacy at all. If zero stars were an option, I'd give that.

The room was clean, and the shower had great pressure and hot water. The location was perfect too. Highly recommend it.
