It's a peaceful, secure place, and I liked the garage setup. Our long, big van fit inside, and the garage has an electric gate. The building is old, but I actually think it's beautiful. My main wish is that it had air conditioning, which would make this five stars. We waited longer than we wanted for the room because the guy running things at night couldn't log into the computer to check reservations. He let us go in anyway, and we sorted it out the next morning without a problem. We booked through GEVC Escapes, which also meant we could check out at 1 pm.

Everything was fine, except they should improve the heating. It gets a little cold at night.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the price is low, but the sheets weren't clean. Service was bad overall, and they didn't provide soap, shampoo, or similar toiletries.

The rooms are comfortable, and the location is good. Service was nivel. The main drawback was how noisy it gets outside.

I found it a little impersonal, though Toluca felt much the same to me.
