I had my worst hotel experience here and won’t be back. The reception guys were rude and unprofessional. My reservation was for two single beds, and I was travelling with my family, but they charged me extra even though the reservation said nothing about that being an issue. There was only one mini shampoo bottle and one bar of soap for four people. When I asked for more shampoo, the guy was rude and tried to hand me body lotion as if it were shampoo, even though he clearly had more shampoo in a bag. I changed my attitude too, and eventually got another bottle and soap. Don’t book here, guys!

The rooms and elevator are in really bad shape. The rooms are dark, creepy, and have no windows. Don’t let the pictures fool you, this place feels scary. Run for your life!

Awful place, nothing like the photos. They downgraded my room without a valid reason or any compensation, while the room I’d paid for sat empty.

A peaceful coffee shop makes this a nice spot to sit over coffee and have a good talk with friends or family.

The rooms were comfortable, and the view of the city was good from their position. Service was good too.
