The location is fantastic, and we'd stay again. We paid 900 pesos for a king bed for two people and stayed two nights. The room was clean except for the somewhat dirty carpet. One night there was a bit of a sewage smell, but running water down the drain fixed it. There's no A/C, though nights are cool. Hot water was decent and Wi-Fi speed average. Covered parking is available, and its gate is closed at night.

The place is quiet and has parking, and it's a short drive to the archaeological site. It's right in the center of Tula, though there isn't much that's beautiful in the city. The market for breakfast is just around the corner, along with tacos and restaurants. We really disliked the carpet in our room. The bathroom looked old and used, especially the stained glass sink and mirror.
