The hotel beach club was a lovely place to spend time, and the service there was great. We were welcomed with a fresh coconut, which was such a cute touch. The park itself is very expensive for food and drinks, though. Still, we loved our stay. The bubble was a special experience and reasonably priced compared with similar places around the world. A dream!

The bubble house looks beautiful, and the location is stunning. We also really liked the upscale beach restaurant, though in low season the shore can be covered in seaweed. The biggest problem was how little we were told about managing the bubble. It gets very hot during the day, so it was only comfortable in the evening through about 9 a.m. We came back at 8 p.m. after being out all day to find the cover removed. The air conditioner had been set to 16 degrees, and condensation had clouded the whole inside, so we couldn't see the sky. My boyfriend wiped off as much as he could with a towel, but we couldn't reach the top. We messaged the owner on WhatsApp. He said to use dry mode at level 5-6, then sent pictures to explain how. He expected the condensation to clear in about 30 minutes, but after staying up for three hours, nothing had changed. There was even a telescope in the room, which felt pointless when the roof was still fogged up. We were super disappointed. At checkout, we calmly explained what had happened, and the receptionist just shrugged. The idea is great, but the instructions were really poor. We got a good low season rate, but at full price we'd have been furious.

The bubble accommodation is fantastic, and the surroundings are beautiful. When we first arrived, we thought we'd found a hidden gem at a great price. Sadly, the way the resort handled a serious problem changed that impression completely. At about 1 a.m. on our first night, the generator failed and our bubble began to collapse. The resort depends on generator power, and there didn't seem to be a backup. We woke as the structure deflated around us. Other guests were panicking and running around for help. It could be a real safety risk for someone who sleeps heavily or takes sleep medication. For nearly two hours, we called and messaged the only number we had, but nobody answered. We even went to nearby properties looking for help. The power finally came back around 3 a.m. The next morning, we got an apology, which we appreciated. But when we explained our concerns, the response was that generators fail and that's what happens in the jungle. That's true, but it makes emergency plans and support even more important. The generator failure itself isn't why I'm writing this. Things do go wrong. If they had acknowledged how serious it was, shown more empathy, and offered compensation that was useful to guests with onward travel already booked, we might be praising how they handled it. Instead, they offered a free night that had to be used within a week, when prices go up. It felt as if the matter was considered settled once the power was restored. Their replies came across as dismissive and sometimes outright arrogant, with little understanding of what guests had gone through. It's a real shame, because the accommodation itself is excellent. Better backup planning and a more guest-focused response could make this a five-star experience.

The staff were so friendly, and the food and drinks were really good quality. I loved the peaceful natural setting and the easy access to Tulum's white sand beaches. A perfect spot for a different kind of stay in the bubble rooms.

The location is just right, with a beautiful beach and a beach club that isn't too expensive. The rooms were clean and nicely presented. Staying in a bubble is an interesting experience, though it isn't quiet, and the air system feels a bit forceful.
