Naay Tulum Curamoria Collection

We stayed five nights, and the hotel was spotless. The room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were attentive. The rooftop was nice too. You’ll need a car or bike to get around from this location. Nearby construction was quiet over the weekend, but during the week we could hear it in the daytime. I asked the night before whether late checkout might be possible, but there wasn’t an option; at 11:40 I got a call reminding me checkout was at 12.

The rooftop pool and complimentary breakfast were highlights for me. My sweetheart and I had a lovely stay: our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Rudolfo was especially helpful. The surrounding area felt safe and clean, with a few shops, restaurants, and convenience stores to explore. Grateful we found this place.

We arrived to check in and the property manager told us the hotel was closed, then sent us to another hotel and said they’d take care of us. We had to pay to stay there as well. Naay still hasn’t refunded us and now says we canceled, so they won’t return our money. There were several other couples at the hotel we were sent to who were in the same situation. I believe Aloft Tulum and Naay are working together to scam people, and I’d avoid Aloft Tulum too. Stay away from this hotel. I think the reviews are paid for or fake. The only reason I gave it one star is that I had to select something to post this.

Henry brought us complimentary breakfast every morning, with a great choice of food and lovely hospitality. The lunch and dinner menu also has something for everyone, and the food is high quality. We loved the stylish, clean rooms and especially appreciated the excellent air conditioning. There’s a beautiful rooftop pool with reasonably priced cocktails, plus plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, including a 7 eleven. Some construction is nearby, but without heavy machinery it wasn’t noisy or dusty. Bike rentals are affordable, handy for a ride into town or the 3 miles to the beach or cenotes. We only needed a car for airport transfers and a ruins tour. The personalized service was wonderful. A hidden gem, and we can’t wait to return.
