The development has no entrance gate for access control. It’s disappointing that the construction company didn’t take security seriously enough to install one.

It’s badly neglected, with poor maintenance throughout. The streets have potholes and holes, the walls are covered in graffiti, the pools are dirty, and the grass is overgrown and uncut.

There’s no gym, but the subdivision has basic amenities and services. Small local businesses add to the stay, and their prices seem appropriate for the area.

This is a good apartment complex with green spaces and pools. Furnished rentals cost between 6,000 and 9,500 pesos. The power goes out now and then, but things otherwise seem fine. Trash is collected regularly, and staff look after the green areas. Most residents are quiet, many of them construction workers.
