It's a new, small hotel in Tulum with a really cozy feel. The location is handy, about a 10-minute bike ride to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the town center. The pool courtyard is especially charming. Prices are competitive, which is hard to find in Tulum. Definitely recommended!

We were four adults sharing one room, so it felt pretty intimate, especially since there wasn't really a door to the toilet 😅. The room's AC worked well, but there was no soap, shampoo, or mini fridge. Maybe that's just how it is in Mexico 😊. The hotel is small and nature-friendly, with a little pool right in the middle. The restaurant was delicious, and black coffee refills were available. Water wasn't included and cost 70 pesos 😬. Overall, an excellent hotel.

The location is good and the price is low, so it works well for a Tulum visit. I’m not sure the place is fully up and running yet, but once it is, I’d say go ahead and stay there.

Do not book this place. After charging my card, they refused to let me into the room and threatened me when I wouldn’t pay more. They even pulled my girlfriend out of the car. This was fraudulent and dangerous.

For the price and comfort, this was the best choice for us. It’s a practical base for an adventure, and the rooms have that Tulum feel. We also ate at Carlitos restaurant, where the food was good.
