The barking from the neighbors' dogs went on day and night, so it was hard to relax or sleep. We also had no water for six hours on the second day, and the fix took a long time. On the first day, the fridge wasn't working and our food spoiled. It took all of the next day to get it fixed, leaving us without a fridge for 24 hours. By day three, a terrible smell from the bathroom and washing machine area had started, and it lasted the rest of our stay. The mattress that was supposed to be by the pool on the third floor was missing, replaced by flower vases and jugs. The bed linen was poor quality, made of synthetic material and polyester. I'm really disappointed with our stay at Tulum Luxury Bungalows in Mexico. For what we paid, we expected much better. My vacation was stressful every day. This is the first time I've written a bad review, and I didn't want to, but people should know the truth 😔
