The connections with both guests and staff were unlike anywhere else, and I’d definitely suggest trying the wellness classes and other offerings. From sunrise to sunset, the setting felt magical, beautiful, and inspiring, with a special energy you have to experience yourself. We loved every minute at Nomade Tulum. The staff were genuinely attentive and went out of their way to take care of us from the moment we arrived. I’ll absolutely be back, and highly recommend it.

The Premier Oceanfront Suite was stunning, and the Premier Jungle Suite we stayed in before was just as good. The rooms have such thoughtful details. The food at La Popular, Kuu, and Macondo was the best hotel food I’ve ever had. Service was the most memorable part of our second stay. The front desk guys were okay, but the concierges, especially Sofia, and the waiters were so attentive and made the stay even better. I’m not sure what to make of the negative reviews. My boyfriend and I were confused, though I figure people are more likely to go out of their way to leave a bad review than a good one. We’ll definitely be back.

We were traveling with a small baby, and the little details and feeling cared for made a real difference. Sofia from the concierge team made our stay much easier. We were first given a different room from the one we’d booked, but she handled it quickly and kindly, took care of everything, and upgraded us to a room that was perfect. The whole issue felt stress-free after that. From the moment we arrived, the staff were thoughtful and attentive. The food was delicious, both at the main restaurant and the beach restaurant. We highly recommend staying here.

We had 26 people in our group, and the hotel handled us just as well as it would a couple. Everything was clean, delicious, and had an exotic feel. The beach food was better than at most gourmet restaurants. Our concierge, Sofia, went above and beyond to keep things taken care of. It was a perfect getaway, and I’d come back. Love this place!

The Wellness Center was a highlight, with some of the best specialists I’ve experienced. The astrology and tarot readers, along with the yoga teachers, were professional and worked in a calm, beautiful setting. The hotel also has great music, a peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful beach parties. Breakfast and the beach restaurant food were delicious, and kids are welcome. Nomade Tulum is a stylish jungle hotel, with cozy, characterful bungalows and treehouse-style rooms. The staff were so kind and helpful. It was a special place for me, and I’ll be back.
