The location is great if you want to stay off the beach, just a few minutes' walk from the main city strip. We got good service from everyone, especially Naomi, who went out of her way to call our airline and help get updates about our lost luggage. Lorenzo at the bar was great too. The value was excellent. The week before, I'd paid much more for a place that wasn't nearly as well done as Tiki Tiki. I'd stay here again.

It felt like we had the place to ourselves, so the stay was peaceful and quiet. The hotel is cozy and stylish, with lots of plants that make it feel like a jungle. Breakfast was modest but enough, and the bread, fresh fruit, and juice were delicious. It was an amazing stay.

Waking up to the jungle view each day was lovely, and there are restaurants and coffee shops an easy walk away. Tiki Tiki also has a connection with nearby Holistika, where guests can use the pools, take a free yoga class, and get discounts on other sessions. I was there for three midweek nights in low season and was the only guest for much of my stay. Having the peaceful pool to myself in the evenings was great after long days out exploring. The shared spaces are beautiful, and I can see it being a nice place to meet other solo travelers when it's busier. Everyone on staff was warm and helpful. Breakfast was included, with toast, fruit, granola and yogurt, and coffee. They rent e-bikes, which I rode to the beach and later to Cenote Escondido. The ride beside the busy main road had me wishing more than once that I'd taken a taxi. Tiki Tiki felt special to me, and I'd gladly stay again.

Julie, the manager, made organizing our wedding stay for more than 30 guests feel easy. She was helpful, organized, communicative, and attentive to details. Lorenzo behind the bar was a hit too, making great drinks and bringing a professional, lively energy each night. The front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly and welcoming throughout. We booked Hotel Tiki Tiki from Thursday through Sunday. The hotel was clean, stylish, and inviting, and the whole experience was fantastic. Every detail was handled with care. Easily a 10/10 for us, and I'd recommend it for any kind of stay.

The property felt like a beautiful little oasis, and even the resident kitty was the sweetest. My partner and I had such a lovely stay at the end of the year. Everything felt like a treat, especially the hair and skin products in the rooms. I hope we get to come back to Tiki Tiki someday :)
