I bought a dress at the La Valise Store for about $300, and the cashier put a matching belt in the bag. When I got to my new hotel in la Veleta, away from the beach, less than 2-3 hours later, I noticed the belt looked used and had a huge hole in it. I messaged the La Valise Store on Instagram right away. Their replies made it seem like someone cared and would get in touch to exchange it, but two days later there was still no resolution. I leave Thursday and am running out of time. I’ve bought from them every time I’ve been in tulum, so this is a real disappointment. Ugh. Shop here if you don’t want to feel valued or have them fix their mistake.
