Our check-in took nearly two hours, even though we’d booked two months earlier, and staff couldn’t find our reservation. When the receptionist asked the manager for help over the radio, the reply was, “I have better things to do.” The day manager later said he had found the booking but canceled it so he could book us directly instead of through the third-party app. The whole thing felt very sketchy. We were 21 people, 12 kids and 9 adults. At the water park that afternoon, we were told our swimsuits weren’t allowed because of the material. They had a wall of swimsuits for sale at three times the cost, which was convenient for them. Then at checkout, staff inspected our rooms before letting us leave, while several other guests checking out at the same time weren’t asked to wait for an inspection. Avoid this place, don’t take the chance.
