The room was clean and fine, and the bed was comfortable. But there’s no water in the shower. You have to tell them you’re going to shower so they can work the pump, and even then, the water barely comes out. There’s also a young “artist” who sings loudly and keeps you from resting. He sings well, but this isn’t the right time or place for it.

The mattress is awful and very poor quality, and the bathroom is too small and uncomfortable. The service from the staff is terrible. They’re from another country, and since they’re working in a country that isn’t theirs, they should be more considerate. To say it again, the staff there are the worst.

They asked me to leave my INE (Mexican voter ID) as a guarantee. They shouldn’t do that, since someone could use it to add things and cause problems. The room was small, smelled bad, and had a lot of noise from children. The bathroom smelled terrible when I walked in, and there was a stain on the sheet. The mattress was worn out and awful, a spring mattress with no foam left, just springs. It was very uncomfortable. A dreadful experience.

The only downside is that the room feels a bit small if you want to shower as a couple. Otherwise, everything was fine. It’s a clean, new hotel with good service and amenities, AC or a fan depending on your preference, and a TV. The bathroom and the room accessories are very well maintained.
