Estancias EDM

The staff made us feel at home, answering every question with a great attitude and being so helpful and friendly. We spent two months in apartments P1 and P2 and felt safe in the building. The location is excellent, and the apartments have what you need for a pleasant stay. There’s always room for improvement in any business, but we really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. I hope to visit Pachuca again soon and stay at Estancias EDM. Thank you for your hospitality.

The whole stay was awful. I was left waiting outside when I arrived, and the person working there was rude. Hot water never came on, foul smells came back up from the drain, and the toilets clogged with excrement. The service was terrible 😡

The one bright spot was the reception staff, who were very friendly. The room itself was a different story. It cost $600 a night, and although the photos make it look nice, the reality was disappointing. I didn’t take any pictures, unfortunately. It was extremely rustic, poorly maintained, and felt like a tenement. The furnishings in this furnished apartment were in bad shape. The bed didn’t inspire confidence. The mattress and bedspreads were old, and the springs dipped a little. I don’t know if they’ll replace it. The kitchen was supposed to have plates and spoons for cooking, but they were really dirty when I checked. The bathroom was shabby and neglected too, with grim paint, a rusty-looking sink with peeling paint, and a bathtub in similar condition. They warned me not to make much noise, but the wooden floor and doors were both loud. It felt scary, like someone might appear.

I needed a shower while my husband was hospitalized. It was affordable at $60 per person, and the bathroom was clean 🙌🏻
