Hotel Narváez Centro de Convenciones

The staff made us feel at home from check-in through checkout, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The pool is stunning, with clear water and breathtaking panoramic views. It really feels like a paradise, and hospitality seems to be part of the place's way of life.

We booked two triple rooms, but one had only two beds. We'd stayed at another hotel with the same name before and had booked a triple room there, which came with three single beds. We just wanted to rest, so we didn't complain about the missing bed. Then we noticed a musty smell from the sheets and pillows. Later, while I was still in bed, I saw something crawling on the pillow, a mite or bed bug. We checked and found two dead ones, plus eggs on the other bed that had already hatched. The receptionist came to look after we told him, then simply moved us to another room and said there wouldn't be any more problems. He didn't apologize. The second room was much cleaner, but we stayed because we'd traveled a long way, it was almost 2:00 AM, and we needed rest. The service was awful; they hadn't even checked whether the sheets were clean. The toilet and TV didn't work, and it took 20 minutes for the hot water to come on, wasting all that water. A terrible, very dirty place, or at least that room was. Everything was wrong. It was a one-way trip, but still an awful experience.

It's a pleasant place to stay and relax by the pool, and there's parking where I can leave my car without any trouble. The location is great, close to everything and convenient for getting around the city.

The rooms are very clean, the location is perfect, and the staff are really friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommended!
