This is a gem, and I meant to write this review sooner. We stayed here last year and liked it so much. The beds were really comfortable, and the housekeeping lady kept our room impeccably clean with a deep cleaning every day. The location was great, with quick access to practically anywhere we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and whenever we had a question, someone took care of it right away. The whole team really seemed to care.

I came because the hotel was supposed to be pet-friendly, but there isn't even a suitable area for pets. It would be good if they added a space, even a small one.

The owner was very friendly, and being so close to the marimba park was a real plus. I also loved the view from the window. It was a beautiful landscape and helped me relax after a long day. The room looked nice, but wasn't very comfortable: the mattress was hard, the air conditioning didn't work, and the sheets didn't seem freshly washed. The room could have been cleaner.
