The only standout was the great service from the Ballet Parking. Sometimes the lowest-ranking staff give the best service, and that was true here. The restaurant service was the worst. Overall, the service across the hotel was BAD, and the rooms and facilities weren’t worth such a high price. A very bad experience.

We came to visit family and chose this place because the reviews seemed okay. During our stay, staff were too busy talking to each other or using their personal phones. We felt they didn’t care about our experience, though they seemed to love tips. We asked for extra towels and got one towel an hour and 45 minutes later. We didn’t tip, so the staff member came to knock and ask for one. I politely said tips are for good or great service, and he hadn’t provided either. After that, we got horrible service for the rest of our stay. If you have other options, don’t stay here.

It does the job, though there’s nothing special about it. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated. There’s a nice area for walking or running, and the staff are friendly. Their English is limited, but they manage. The lampshades wrapped in plastic are a curious design choice.

The rooms are newly renovated, though they’re still working on the hotel. On one of my four nights there, an elevator got stuck between floors and I had to be rescued. It happened three of the four nights, and I ended up walking up six floors to my room. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel.

I booked just 20 minutes before getting there, and check-in went smoothly. The place seems quite new and was very clean. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well worth the price. I’d happily stay here again.
